At M.R. Solutions, our mission is simple: deliver freight with integrity. That’s not just something we say – it’s how we operate every day.
We’re here to build real relationships with our customers and carriers. No fluff, no runaround. Just solid logistics work done by people who care. As we grow, we’re committed to keeping our small business mindset: personal service, strong communication, and doing what we say we’re going to do.
Where It Started
I started M.R. Solutions in September of 2020 after seeing too many freight brokerages focused on volume and profit over service. They weren’t listening to what shippers and carriers actually needed.
With my background in trucking (I’ve been driving since 2011) I’ve hauled a lot of the same freight I now help move as a broker. That experience matters. It gives me a clear understanding of what makes a haul go right and what causes problems. I built M.R. to be the kind of company I would’ve wanted to work with when I was on the road.
What We're Part Of
We're proud members of the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA). It’s a good group that values safety, professionalism, and doing things the right way, lining up well with how we run our business. Maintaining our membership ensures we stay on top of important industry changes in the open deck transportation world.
What Makes Us Different

- An owner with an active CDL. I’ve done the job, so I understand both the driver's perspective and the shipper's expectations.
- We keep our carriers. They stick with us because we treat them with respect and set them up for success.
- Referrals are our biggest growth channel. Most of our business comes from word of mouth – that tells us we’re doing things right.
- We don’t cut corners. The trucks and drivers delivering our customer’s freight is a direct representation of our customer. We analyze every carrier we work with to ensure they fit our needs. Safety, communication, and experience are all requirements.
